Our Services

REACH Midwives’ mission is to provide compassionate, equitable and accessible reproductive healthcare. In an era with increasing global strife and migration while pathways to immigration are decreasing, we recognize a growing number of people who find themselves without access to affordable and reliable healthcare. Many of these people have made their home in Toronto. REACH Midwives strives to provide excellent clinical care for those who otherwise face significant barriers to accessing services.

Referral form for Long Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC) can be found HERE.

We are currently inserting IUDs and the hormonal implant.

Pregancy Related Care

REACH Midwives provides pregnancy-related care and care for uninsured newborns at the Non-Insured Walk-In Clinic through Access Alliance Multicultural Health and Community Services (AAMHCS), 761 Jane Street, 2nd floor. Clients do not need a referral, and can walk in during clinic hours. Please refer to the AAMHCS website for eligibility - Non-Insured Walk-in Clinic – Access Alliance. To access the clinic you must be a resident living in Toronto.

At this clinic we are able to provide routine pregnancy care, manage early pregnancy loss (miscarriage and termination). At REACH Midwives, we do not deliver babies or provide intrapartum care. Instead, we provide referrals to our midwifery and obstetric colleagues in the community as indicated for ongoing care and delivery. This care is provided at no cost to eligible clients.
